CHAPTER 70 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE TOWN OF WEST TARBORO, IN THE COUNTY OF EDGECOMBE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the corporate limits of said town shall include all the land embraced within the following boundaries, to-wit: Beginning at the north-west corner of the boundary line of the town of Tarboro where it intersects with the main line of the Atlantic Coast Line Railway; thence running in a southerly direction along the boundary line of the corporate limits of the town of Tarboro to the southern boundary line of the land of the West Tarboro Land and Improvement Company where said line intersects the boundary line of said town of Tarboro; thence along the line of the West Tarboro Land and Improvement Company in a westerly direction to Hendricks Creek; then up the courses of Hendricks Creek to the main line of the Atlantic Coast Line Railway; then with the line of the Atlantic Coast Line Railway in an easterly direction to the beginning.
