CHAPTER 70 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE TOWN OF WEST TARBORO, IN THE COUNTY OF EDGECOMBE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the lands hereinafter described in the county of Edgecombe be and the same is hereby.incorporated under the name and style of The Town of West Tarboro, and as such shall have all of the rights and privileges and be subject to all the provisions of chapter 62 of The Code and the acts of the General Assembly amendatory thereof, except as is hereafter provided. –
