CHAPTER 300 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF TYRRELL COUNTY TO LEVY A SPECIAL TAX. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this act shall be in force from and after its ratitication. In the General Assembly read three times, and ratified this 2d day of March, A. D. 1903
