CHAPTER 300 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF TYRRELL COUNTY TO LEVY A SPECIAL TAX. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the said County Commissioners are empowered to appropriate, out of the special tax of 1902, so much as is necessary to defray the expenses of the poor of the county during the year 1908
