CHAPTER 381 AN ACT TO APPOINT DAVID P. DELLINGER A JUSTICE OF THE PEACE AND ALLOW HIM TO PRACTICE LAW. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this act shall be in force from and after its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times, and ratified this 4th day of March, 1903
