CHAPTER 407 AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A GRADED SCHOOL IN CASWELL COUNTY, TO BE KNOWN AS PELHAM GRADED SCHOOL. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
All property in said territory belonging to the public school shall vest in and be conveyed to the said Trustees by the proper parties for the purpose heretofore set out.
