CHAPTER 407 AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A GRADED SCHOOL IN CASWELL COUNTY, TO BE KNOWN AS PELHAM GRADED SCHOOL. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this act shall be in force from and after its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times, and ratified this 4th day of March, A. D. 1903
