CHAPTER 716 AN ACT TO PROHIBIT HUNTING AND FISHING IN LILLING- TON AND STEWARTS CREEK TOWNSHIPS, IN HARNETT COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That any person or persons building any fish trap or traps, either on his own land or, by permission, on the land of another, shall leave open and unobstructed one-third of the stream in the main or deepest channel.
