CHAPTER 417 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE TOWN OF RICHLANDS IN THH COUNTY OF ONSLOW. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That a policeman of the town shall have the same authority to make arrests and execute criminal process within the corporate limits of the town as is vested by law in a sheriff.
