CHAPTER 419 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE ENGLEHARD IN HYDE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the officers of said town shall be a mayor, three commissioners and a constable, to be elected in accordance with the laws regulating the election of officers for the cities and towns of this State, as provided by chapter sixty-two of The Code.
