CHAPTER 404 AN ACT RELATIVE TO ESTABLISHING A DISPENSARY IN THE TOWN OF BETHEL, PITT COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

The said manager shall sell only for cash, and shall turn all money received by him or them over to the treasurer of said Dispensary Board at least once a week, and the treasurer of said dispensary shall on or before the first Monday in each month pay one-third of the net earnings over to the treasurer of the town of Bethel to be used for public improvements of said town; and one-third of the net earnings shall be paid over to the general funds of Pitt County; and one-third of the net earnings shall be retained by the treasurer of the Dispensary Board for the sole and exclusive use of the Bethel Graded School; said money to be paid out by order of the Board of Education of Pitt County: Provided further, it shall be the duty of said treasurer of the dispensary to make all such reports as may be required by the Board of Education of Pitt County, and pay all moneys out belonging to the Bethel Graded School District as the Board of Education may direct in said district of Bethel Graded School.
