CHAPTER 406 AN ACT TO AMEND SUBDIVISION 20, CHAPTER 89, RE- VISAL OF 1905, RELATING TO THE AGRICULTURAL AND MECHANICAL COLLEGE, WHITE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The president and instructors under the direction and supervision of the trustees shall have power to confer such degrees or certificates of proficiency or marks of merit as may be deemed proper, and to arrange curriculum of the college into courses of study necessary to be pursued in order to obtain the respective degrees provided for by the board.
