CHAPTER 135 AN ACT TO AMEND REVISAL 1905, SECTION 3672, RELAT- ING TO REMOVAL OF DEAD BODIES, SO THAT SAID SECTION WILL NOT APPLY TO A CERTAIN GRAVEYARD IN YANCEY COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This act shall be in force from and after its ratification. Ratified this the 13th day of October, A. D. 1913
