CHAPTER 359 AN ACT TO REVISE THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
If any person shall bet or wager money or other thing of value upon the result of any election under this act, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
