CHAPTER. 42 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 969, PUBLIC LAWS OF 1907, RELATING TO THE OYSTER INDUSTRY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Amend section ten, chapter nine hundred and sixty-nine, Public Laws of one thousand nine hundred and seven, by adding at the end of said section the following: That any person using an unlawful measure for the sale or purchase of oysters shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
