CHAPTER 63 AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF BENSON, NORTH CAROLINA. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That all penalties imposed by law relating to the town ot Benson, or by this act, or by any ordinance, by-law, or regulation by the town, unless otherwise provided, shall be recoverable in the name of the town of Benson, before the mayor or other tribunal having jurisdiction thereof.
