CHAPTER 63 AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF BENSON, NORTH CAROLINA. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the board of commissioners may control and regulate the speed of railroad trains while running in the corporate limits. and prohibit the ringing of bells and blowing of steam whistles in the town, either day or night.
