CHAPTER 63 AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF BENSON, NORTH CAROLINA. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the board of commissioners of said town shall have entire supervision and control of any and all of the plans and work established under this act, and is hereby authorized to elect all such agents, servants, and employees as it may deem proper. and pay the same from any of the revenues of the town not otherwise appropriated, and to do all other proper things to carry into effect the intent of this act.
