CHAPTER 200 AN ACT TO REVISE THE MILITARY LAWS OF THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA AND TO INCREASE THE EFFI- CIENCY OF THE MILITIA. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Rendition of Accounts.Acccunting officers shall render accounts as prescribed by the Governor or by the Secretary of the Navy, and shall be required to give good and sufficient bond to the State and to the United States, in such sums as the Governor or the Secretary of the Navy may direct, and conditioned upon the faithful accounting for all public property and for the safe keeping of such part thereof as may be in the personal custody of such officer. Accounting officers may issue any or all such property to other officers or enlisted men of the Naval Militia under such rules and regulations as may be prescribed.
