CHAPTER 338 AN ACT TO BUILD A BRIDGE AT THE FORKS OF SANDY MUSH BETWEEN THE COUNTIES OF BUNCOMBE AND MADISON. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the road commissioners of Madison County are hereby authorized to use of the bridge funds of the special tax leyy for Madison County to pay their part for said county for the erection of said bridge in the same manner as provided for other bridges in said county.
