CHAPTER 125 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 262 OF THE PUBLIC LAWS OF 1907, INCREASING THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION TO THE MOORFES CREEK BATTLEGROUND ASSOCIATION FROM $500 TO $1,000.00 That whereas the buildings of the historic battleground of Moores Creek are in need of repair; and whereas the funds hereto- fore appropriated are insufficient for the needs of the Moores Creek Battleground Association in the care and keeping of said historic battleground: Now, therefore, The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this act shall be in force from and after its ratification. Ratified this the 23d day of August, A.D. 1924
