CHAPTER 270 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF DURHAM TO PROVIDE A PLACE FOR THE HOLDING OF THE UNITED STATES COURTS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the governing body of the City of Durham be, and is hereby, authorized and empowered to provide a suitable place for the holding of the United States Courts, provided for in a recent act of Congress, until such time as the United States Government shall provide a place for the holding of the United States Courts in Durham County.
