CHAPTER 242 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-FIVE, PUBLIC LAWS OF ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND ELEVEN, ENTITLED AN ACT TO PREVENT FRAUD ON MERCHANTS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That Section one of Chapter one hundred and eighty-five, Public Laws of one thousand nine hundred and eleven, be, and the same is hereby amended by striking out the words wearing apparel in line three and in line eight of section one, and substituting in lieu thereof the word merchandise.
