CHAPTER 380 AN ACT TO APPOINT CERTAIN MEMBERS OF THE BOARDS OF EDUCATION OF THE RESPECTIVE COUN- TIES OF NORTH CAROLINA, FIX THEIR TERMS OF OFFICE, AND LIMIT COMPENSATION AT STATE EXPENSE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the per diem and mileage of not exceeding five members of the county board of education of the several counties of the State shall be borne out of the State School Fund; for any number in excess of five, out of the county school fund.
