CHAPTER 380 AN ACT TO APPOINT CERTAIN MEMBERS OF THE BOARDS OF EDUCATION OF THE RESPECTIVE COUN- TIES OF NORTH CAROLINA, FIX THEIR TERMS OF OFFICE, AND LIMIT COMPENSATION AT STATE EXPENSE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this Act shall be in force and effect from and after the date of its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 15th day of March, 1941 H. B. 867
