CHAPTER 381 AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY-TWO OF THE CONSOLIDATED STATUTES OF NORTH CAROLINA RELATING TO THE PROBATE OF WILLS OF NON-RESIDENT DECEDENTS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
