CHAPTER 382 AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION TWO OF CHAPTER THREE HUNDRED AND ELEVEN OF THE PUBLIC LAWS OF ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-NINE, RELATING TO THE APPOINTMENT OF A COMMISSION TO STUDY AND DETERMINE THE ADVISABILITY AND FEASIBILITY OF ESTABLISHING A NAUTICAL SCHOOL IN THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA, TO EXTEND THE OPERATION OF THE ACT UNTIL JULY THE FIRST, ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND FORTY-TWO. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 15th day of March, 1941
