CHAPTER 1098 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE RED SPRINGS AIR- PORT COMMISSION. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That there is hereby created the Red Springs Airport Commission which shall be a body corporate and politic having the powers and jurisdiction hereinafter enumerated and such other and additional powers as may from time to time be conferred upon said commission by further acts of the General Assembly.
