CHAPTER 1098 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE RED SPRINGS AIR- PORT COMMISSION. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The airport commission shall consist of three members, one of whom shall be a member of the governing body of the Town of Red Springs, one shall be a citizen and resident of the Town of Red Springs, and the other shall be a resident of the County of Robeson and shall reside outside the corporate limits of the Town of Red Springs. All members shall be appointed by the Mayor and the governing board of the Town of Red Springs. The members shall be appointed to serve for a period of two years. Each of the members and their successors shall take and subscribe an oath before the Clerk of the Town of Red Springs to faithfully discharge their duties.
