CHAPTER 241 AN ACT TO AMEND ARTICLE 3 OF CHAPTER 160 OF THE GENERAL STATUTES RELATING TO MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 160-49 is hereby amended by striking out of the second line thereof the words and punctuation twelve oclock m., at the mayors office, and by inserting in lieu thereof the words twelve oclock noon at a place designated by the board of commissioners.
