CHAPTER 385 AN ACT TO MAKE CHAPTER 504 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1965, RELATING TO HISTORIC BUILDINGS AND SITES, APPLICABLE TO THE TOWN OF BEAUFORT. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 3 of Chapter 504 of the Session Laws of 1965, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding at the end thereof a new sentence to read as follows: This Act shall apply to the Town of Beaufort and the area within its zoning jurisdiction.
