CHAPTER 6 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 1073, SESSION LAWS OF 1959, RE- LATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF PISTOL PERMITS, SO AS TO MAKE THE SAME APPLICABLE TO PAMLICO COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 4 of Chapter 1073, Session Laws of 1959, is hereby amended by striking out the word Pamlico in line 5 thereof. The intent of this Act is to make Article 53 of Chapter 14 of the General Statutes, as the same appears in the 1965 Cumulative Supplement to the 1953 Recompiled Volume 1B of the General Statutes, applicable to Pamlico County.
