Article 3 of Chapter 108 of the General Statutes is hereby amended by adding a new Section immediately following G. S. 108-72 and immediately preceding G. S. 108-73, to be numbered G. S. 108-72.1 and to read as follows: G. S. 108-72.1. Welfare Payments to Certain Indian Residents; Payments to Counties from State Appropriations.
