CHAPTER 464 An act to. amend The Code, section three thousand six hundred and nine -8609 and three thousand six hundred and ten (3610). The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact: :
That section three thousand six hundred and nine -3609 of The Code is amended by striking out the words eighty-one in line five, and inserting instead the word ninety.
