CHAPTER 64 An act to incorporate the Bank of Brevard, at Brevard, North Carolina. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

The president and directors may establish agencies of this bank at such times and places as they may designate, and such agencies may be removed or terminated at any time; such agencies shall have the same powers as are prescribed for the corporation hereby chartered, and shall be subject to such rules and regulations as may be prescribed by the president and board of directors of the said bank: Provided, the license tax be paid to the Treasurer of the State of North Carolina, and a receipt for said tax from the Treasurer shall be a sufficient power and authority to establish the said agency under this act.
