CHAPTER 727 An act to make appropriations for the State Institutions. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the following appropriations are made for the State Hospital at Raleigh: 1 Seventy-one thousand five hundred dollars per annum for maintenance and necessary improvements and repairs. 2 One thousand two hundred and fifty for each of the years 1901 and 1902 for building iron stairways and repairing old buildings. 3 Five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) for each of the years 1901 and 1902 to pay its indebtedness.
