CHAPTER 264 AN ACT TO ALLOW THE TOWN OF MADISON, IN ROCK- INGHAM COUNTY, TO ISSUE BONDS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
All persons residing in the town of Madison who are entitled to vote for members of the General Assembly shall be entitled to vote at the election herein provided for, and all persons not on the registration books of said town, and who are entitled to vote as herein provided, shall be registered by the registrar.
