CHAPTER 3 AN. ACT TO PROVIDE STORM-DOORS AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE HALL OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. The Generat Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the Keeper of the Capitol is hereby authorized and directed to have storm-doors placed at the entrance of the hall of the House of Representatives as soon as he can do so.
