CHAPTER 181 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE COMMERCIAL CLUB OF DURHAM, N. C. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That all contracts and deeds of said corporation shall be made in the name of the same, and be signed by such officers thereof as may now by law execute deeds for other corporations within the State; that no incorporator, his successor or associate, shall be personally or individually liable for any of the debts, obligations, contracts, engagements, torts, acts or omissions of the corporation.
