CHAPTER 10 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 87, SESSION LAWS OF 1961, BEING THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF CHAPEL HILL. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The Charter of the Town of Chapel Hill, as it appears in Chapter 87, Session Laws of 1961, is hereby amended by adding a new sentence at the end of Section 3.01 under subchapter A of Chapter III, to read as follows: The Board of Aldermen shall constitute the legislative body of the municipality.
